To subscribe to TrueSafetyNow.com, simply complete the form below with your personal and vehicle information. Once all of your personal and vehicle information has been submitted and your payment approved, your Vehicle Identification Safety Decal(s) will be immediately mailed to you and you will be registered into the TrueSafetyNow® system. After you receive the Decal(s) and put it onto your vehicle's rear windshield (outside, on the lower left corner).
